Sapphire Room

Our Sapphire Room can seat events expecting 30-60 guests. With its low ceiling and full wall of windows, the Sapphire is a popular room for families, groups and businesses who want to have a more intimate banquet without the distraction of high ceilings and extra floor space. Set banquet style, we can fit in up to 8 round guest tables, but 5 or 6 tables is better when you also need to add tables for displays or gifts, beverages or a bar. Business meetings can also use the room set with only chairs for presentations or in classroom or boardroom style for 60-80 chairs depending on the event needs. The Sapphire Room measures 1,230 square feet and does not have a dance floor.
