2017 Wedding Reception Pricing

Michael’s Packages combine an elegant meal with an open bar. Our Packages are designed for Wedding Receptions and other such special evening events.

There is a guest minimum of 25 adults for all sit-down menus listed below and a guest minimum of 30 adults for all other menus. Friday and Saturday evening bookings will also require a room minimum based on room assignment.

2017 Champagne Brunch Reception Menu

Price includes a room for up to four hours, a brunch buffet to be served no later than 1:30pm and bottles of champagne!

Buffet and Open Bar Packages

2017 Candlelight Buffet Package and Open Bar $39.99

Price includes 4 Hours of a bar with draft beer, bottled wine, juice and pop.

Candlelight Buffet tables start with a chef salad with rolls and butter followed by your choice of three of the following cold accompaniments: pasta salad, marinated mushroom salad, Italian potato salad or a relish tray.

The buffet will also include a seasonal steamed vegetable, your choice of rice or potato, and a hot pasta. Ask a manager for details and restrictions. You can offer mixed drinks for cash or not offer mixed drinks to your guests at all. There is a bartender charge for parties with less than 100 adult guests in attendance.

The Candlelight will feature your choice of three of the following hot entrees:

Stations and Open Bar Packages

The Simple Strolling Stations and Open Bar Package $36.99

Price includes 3 hours of a Beer, Wine, Soda and Coffee Bar.

Bartender charge will apply. Your 3 hour bar will run straight for 3 hours, it is not to be closed.

Your food station during the first hour will include: A table display of fresh vegetables and cheeses, Swedish meatballs and stuffed mushrooms.

Your food station(s) during the second hour will include: A carving station with roast beef and accompaniments; a hot pasta and stir-fry station; and a cold salad station. All foods will remain out one hour straight.

At the top of your third hour we will place out your dessert item(s) on a table.

The Deluxe Strolling Stations and Open Bar Package $53.99

Price includes a full Open Bar with House Level Liquors, Draft Beer, Bottled Wines, Soda and Mixers for 4 Hours.

We will also butler pass champagne during the first hour.

The Deluxe food stations expand upon the Simple food stations. Along with the items listed above, we add a fruit tray during the first hour and also a hot cheese dip and a cold Bruschetta dip.

For the second hour we put out a second meat on the carving station and also add a “hot finger food” station and enhance the cold salad options.

Michael’s offers a range of prices that can make any budget sparkle. We also have a very simple pricing structure. Our Package prices are per person and we add only sales tax. We do not collect gratuity or service charge, and we do not apply a room rental. Services such as our DJ, decor rentals, wedding ceremonies, and package upgrades will also only incur sales tax.

After you review our menus, I encourage you to call or email us to set up a personal tour and consultation. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday 10am-6pm; however we do take late evening and weekend appointments depending on our party and manager schedule.

DJ Music Options

When you book at Michael’s we even make it easy for you to entertain your guests! “Michael’s Sound” combines a discounted rate for a professional DJ and awesome sound equipment.

There is no separate Contract or deposit required, and most of the details are coordinated right through Michael’s to make it extra easy for you! We also welcome your DJ to use our sound equipment for a charge.

5 Hour Package $895.00

5 hour DJ package includes cocktail hour music of your choice, one dance floor lighting unit and 6 colored up-lights for behind the head table.

Personalize an entertainment planner with your special requests, instructions and preferences. Michael’s subcontracts our DJ’s through Jammin' Sound, and you will do all your music planning with the owner, Ben Chieffo.

Sound System Rental - Deck and Speakers $295.00

Outside DJs are welcome, however they are required to use our equipment (ceiling speakers) for a rental charge to be placed on your bill. You can bring in your own DJ or we can connect your IPOD to our system. If your DJ has questions he/she can call our office. Laptop connections are available.

Live Bands Are Welcome at No Additional Charge

Bands are allowed to bring in their own equipment. Please have them call our office to coordinate set up times with us.

Ceremony Pricing

Rain plans can be arranged for Courtyard planned ceremonies.

You can plan and play your own ceremony music or you can buy extra time with your Jammin’ Sound DJ and he will then supply mingling and ceremony music as well as a microphone for the officiant and groom.
