Memorial Gatherings

Michael’s wishes to extend you three options for a post funeral, memorial gathering. You can simply rent a space and bring in your own snacks or non alcoholic drinks, you can rent a space and order limited snacks and drinks from us, or you can plan a full meal from us to avoid a room rental charge. Read on to learn more about each of these choices.

Simple Room Rental - Room Rentals start at $200.00 + tax

If you wish to simply rent a space you may do so. We do not require that you also order any food or drinks from us. You may bring in your own dessert items, snack or food trays, pizza… (restrictions apply) You may also bring in your own coffee or soft drinks… (no alcohol of any kind) In this instance you will be charged a small room rental and the room will be ready for you to set up and clean up all on your own.

The room rental is a minimum of $200.00 plus tax and will depend on your date, guest count, and needs. You may also order beer and wine or mixed drinks through us, see below.

Room Rental with Limited Food and Drinks - Room Rentals start at $200.00 + tax

If you do not wish to have a full meal, you can order simple snack trays and drinks from us and then pay a small room rental at a minimum of $200.00 plus tax. We will then take care of set up and clean up of the room as well as the food and drinks, scroll down past the full meals to view our light snack and beverage options.

Breakfast Buffet - $12.50 per person + tax

Minimum of 30 guests
Assorted breakfast breads
Scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes
Bacon and sausage
Includes juice and coffee and ice water

Soup and Salad Buffet - $12.50 per person + tax

Minimum of 30 guests
2 hot soups (chef choice) and a lettuce mix plus 6 toppings, a cold pasta salad, and breadsticks. A table with pitchers of ice water and unlimited carafes of coffee and hot tea is also included in this price.

Brunch Buffet - $15.00 per person + tax

Minimum of 30 guests
Assorted pastries and rolls
Chef salad and chef’s choice cold pasta salad
Scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes
Bacon and sausage and Sliced roast turkey breast
Seasonal steamed vegetable
Includes juice and coffee and ice water
Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert

The Memorial Buffet - $15.00/$18.00 per person + tax
(Lunch/Dinner)

Minimum of 30 guests
Chef salad and rolls
A chef’s choice cold pasta salad
Hot pasta with red sauce
Mini meatballs in red sauce
Baked chicken and chef choice hot potatoes
Includes coffee and ice water
Vanilla ice cream for dessert
*Add a Deli Tray - $80 per tray serves 25 mini sandwiches
*Add a hot vegetable $0.75 per person
*Add hot sliced roast beef $2.00 per person
*Add hot sliced turkey or pork loin $2.00 per person

*Lunch is $15.00 per person + tax
*Dinner is $18.00 per person + tax. Dinner service begins at 2pm

Beverage Service

Beer by the pitcher $16.25 Wine by the bottle $23.50

Personal check or cash. No credit cards please. A deposit may be requested.

If you call in 100 or more the night before, or the day of, and you have less than 100 attend, a room rental may be applied even for events with a full menu. Only NYS Sales Tax will be added to these menu prices; no gratuities are expected or collected.

Our servers are paid a fixed hourly rate and do not work for tips, there is no gratuity or service charge required to be paid.

  • A tray of fresh sliced fruit and melons $82 per 5lb tray 5lbs (averages 30 servings)
  • A tray of assorted Danish $68 (50 pieces)
  • A tray of assorted coffee cakes $68 (50 pieces)
  • A Relish Tray - $29 per tray (pickles, olives and assorted mild and hot peppers, averages 25 servings)
  • Assorted Cheese and Crackers - $82 per 5lb tray 5lbs (averages 30 servings)
  • Fresh Vegetables and Dip - $77 per 5lb tray 5lbs (averages 30 servings)
  • Cookies and Brownies - $60 for 50 assorted mini pieces
  • A Deli Tray - Each tray serves 25 mini sandwiches – $82
  • Bruschetta Dip with Bagel Chips $50 serving about 40 portions
  • Artichoke Dip with Colored Tortillas $65 serving about 40 portions
  • Many other hot and cold choices available ask a manager

The managers in our office can work with you in person, over the phone, or even electronically. We can help you plan the gathering within your budget, and that day the banquet manager’s presence will not be missed by anyone in attendance. We pride ourselves on the constant compliments we get about the friendliness of our staff and management, and we are extra sensitive to the needs of a grieving family here celebrating a loved one’s life.
