Food Delivery, Pick-ups and Full Service at Your Location Catering

Michael’s offers full-service catering and drop-off or pick-up party trays or full buffets for events taking place within a 45 minute drive from our location. Michael’s is located at 4885 Southwestern Blvd in Hamburg NY.

For pick-up orders we only add tax. For deliveries, tax and a delivery charge will be added to the below prices. Beyond that it is your choice of whether we stay to set up your food and service your guests or not.

We can help you coordinate any event; we can be your event planners from beginning to end or we can simply send servers to just serve a prepared meal. We are very flexible with our catering services and will sit down and listen to your ideas and tell you how we can keep within your budget!

Catering Terms and Conditions:

Please allow 15 minutes leeway before and after schedule delivery time.

Delivery Charges Applied by Mileage, will vary $50-$150 (depends on distance away, final count and staff needed. Additional Truck rental charges may apply for large events

Set-Up Charge of $35.00 will apply if you wish delivery person to set up your buffet line and arrange foods and utensils, if you want us to simply place all items together on a table for you to set out yourself then no set-up charge will be applied. An attendant can stay and supervise your buffet, price on request.

Party Orders Six (6) Days Advance Notice, Funeral Gatherings & Stags 1-2 days advance notice

Menu changes must be called in five (5) days before your event. Orders or menu changes after this time will be subject to surcharge. Final count is due three (3) days before your event

All hot foods come in aluminum pans ready to serve, side dish colds come in plastic bowls, and condiments are individually packaged or come in small ready to serve containers. Chafing units are available to rent on request as are china plates and real silverware.

Deposit Required: Parties of less than 75 as an estimated count require 50% of estimated bill due along with signed Contract to confirm reservation, personal checks ok, Credit Cards will not be accepted. Parties of more 75 or more as the estimated count require 50% of estimated bill due to sign Contract and then another deposit of a varying amount 60 days prior, amount will depend on count and menu planned.

Payment: Balance due at time of delivery with cash or money orders. Personal checks and credit cards will not be accepted. Menu & Prices subject to change without notice, but will be confirmed at time of deposit.
