Business Seminars

Business functions at Michael’s can work off our standard Afternoon / Morning Banquet Menu or create their own personalized menu based on the following Seminar Menu offerings. Room rental charges, table and chair rentals, and AV equipment rentals may apply depending on your final room arrangements.

Room Rental charges will apply to events only ordering beverages and foods by the tray instead of a full meal or the Seminar Package. Room Rental charges will also apply to events requesting break out rooms or lunch in a separate room than the meeting room. Room Rentals vary from $150-$500 per room, ask a manager for a quote based on your event’s needs.

For Business Meetings that will be 4 hours or less in duration, you may pay a room rental and simply order trays of food, or you can view our Value and Classic Buffet Menus in our Standard Menu

For Business Meetings that will run longer than 4 hours we suggest our Seminar Package.

Simple Seminar Package $19.00 plus tax per person

For events planned in 2017, Michael's adds only tax to our menu prices; there are no hidden fees and no gratuities are expected or collected. We keep our pricing and billing very simple and can provide you with a quote if you call or email us with your plans.

Includes the Following:
Room Rental for One Room of appropriate size for up to 6 hours. If you need room longer than 6 hours there will be an additional room rental charge.

Featuring our Soup and Salad Bar Meal
The Soup and Salad Bar tables include 2 hot soups and a lettuce mix plus 8 toppings, a hot pasta salad, and breadsticks. Coffee and Pop service during the meal. Pitchers of ice water will be available the entire event.
Breakfast food, munchies or dessert items are available.

Full Seminar Package $24.00 plus tax per person

Danish and Breakfast Breads for the first hour.
The Basic Buffet Lunch or a Cold Buffet Meal
Cookie and Brownie Trays for dessert.
All Day Beverage Station.

The Basic Buffet tables include a chef salad, a relish tray, rolls and butter, hot pasta with two sauces, meatballs and Italian sausage medallions with peppers and onions, baked chicken and roasted potatoes. Cookie and Brownie Trays for dessert.

Popular additions:

  • Add a hot vegetable $0.75 per person
  • Add hot sliced roast beef $1.25 per person
  • Add hot sliced turkey or pork loin $1.25 per person

OR

The Cold Lunch Buffet with wraps or subs, or deli trays for make your own mini sandwiches. The buffet also offers cold salads and chips.

  • Breakfast Egg Wraps $80 (25 pieces) -cheese & cheese and ham
  • English Muffin Sandwiches $90 (25 pieces) -cheese & cheese and sausage
  • Croissant Sandwiches $100 (25 pieces)- cheese & cheese & bacon
  • A Relish Tray - $29 per tray (pickles, olives and assorted mild and hot peppers, averages 25 servings)
  • Assorted Cheese and Crackers - $82 per 5lb tray
  • Fresh Vegetables and Dip - $77 per 5lb tray
  • Cookies and Brownies - $60 per 30 piece tray
  • A Deli Tray - Each tray serves 25 mini sandwiches – $82 Turkey, Roast Beef, and Ham & American, Swiss and Provolone Cheeses, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and mini rolls. (mini sub rolls on request and with advance notice) Salami, egg salad, tuna or chicken salad, and wrap options on request and for extra charge

Seminar Room Options

We can accommodate a wide variety of room arrangements including classroom style, theater style, mix-and-mingles, banquet style, by the tray, and plans of your own design. We also have free Wi-fi in our banquet rooms and foyer.

Corporate events, business seminars, conferences, tradeshows, product launches, training seminars, appreciation or award luncheons or dinners, and association banquets can work off our standard Day and Evening Banquet Menus or can create a personalized menu based on our Seminar Menu offerings. Room rentals vary from $150-$500 per room based on your event’s needs. Room rentals will only apply if you are not planning a full meal or are requesting an extra room or extra space to be used for display or as “break out areas.” We do offer a free microphone and podium for speeches, screens and other specialty AV needs are also available or are welcome in from the outside.

Michael’s is family owned and operated with integrity; an owner or our long-time Banquet Coordinator will help you plan a perfect gathering and our floor managers will be in constant contact with you during the event to be sure all is going well on your end and will keep our staff on their planned timelines for food service and table and room cleanup.

Once you book your first event with us, you are sure to become a “regular.” We often hear back from our business contacts year after year because they are satisfied with their events and feel they can trust our office to be fair and offer them personal attention during the planning stages. We also offer full-service catering or drop-off / pick-up party trays.
