For events planned in 2017, Michael's adds only tax to these menu prices; no gratuities are expected or collected.

Our experienced banquet coordinators will help you to define your ideas by explaining all of your menu options. We will help you plan, and will coordinate your needs while working with you to structure your function from start to finish. On the day of your event, you and your guests will receive efficient and friendly service focused on satisfying your palates with generous portions of exceptional quality.

Breakfast and Brunch Menus

Breakfast may be served at or before 10:30am

Luncheon Buffet Menus

Soup and Salad Bar $16.00 per person + tax

May be served at or before 1pm, not available for evening showers

Shower Soup and Salad Bar tables include 2 hot soups and a lettuce mix plus 8 toppings, a hot pasta salad and bread sticks. See a manager for more details.

The Basic Buffet $17.00 per person + tax

Lunch may be served at or before 1pm.

Buffet tables include a chef salad. a relish tray, rolls and butter, hot pasta with two sauces, meatballs and italian sausage medallions with peppers and onions, baked chicken and roasted potatoes. See a manager for more details.

The Pearl Buffet $18.00 per person + tax

May be served at or before 1pm. Coffee and Hot Tea will be offered.

The Pearl Lunch Buffet tables include a relish tray, a cold pasta salad, a chef salad, rolls and butter, a seasonal steamed vegetable, herb roasted potatoes, and a hot pasta with tomato sauce. The Pearl also features three hot meats.

Features your choice of three (3) of the following meats:

  • Roast Beef Roulades
  • Baked Chicken
  • Sliced Pork Loin in Gravy

The Crystal Buffet $24.00 per person + tax

May be served at or before 1pm. Coffee and Hot Tea will be offered.

The Crystal Lunch Buffet tables include a relish tray, a cold pasta salad, a marinated mushrooms salad, a chef salad, rolls and butter, a seasonal steamed vegetable, herb roasted potatoes, and a hot pasta with tomato or a homemade alfredo sauce. The Crystal also features two hot meats plus a carving station.

Includes your choice of two (2) of the following plus a carving station:

  • Chicken Florentine or Marsala
  • Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

These first six entrees with an * may be offered together as an easy two choice sit-down meal that does not require placecards. Instead, our servers will offer your two choices to your guests that day! This option is offered to events expecting 70 or fewer guests. We cannot do this easy two choice sit-down meal service to events expecting more than 70 guests. Tax will be added to these prices.

Family Style Dinner Menu $29.00

30 person minimum. Not available at lunch time, Dinner available at 2pm.

Family Style Dinners include your choice of soup or a chef salad for all your guests, rolls and butter, a seasonal steamed vegetable, your choice of rice or potato, a hot pasta, and two meats. Includes coffee and tea service with the meal and individually served vanilla ice cream or rainbow sherbet for dessert.

Two Hour Strolling Stations Menu $21.00

Minimum of 50 guests, if you have less than this expected, you can create your own menu by choosing hors d’oeuvres off our Banquet Menu page 13, room rentals may apply. See manager for details. This menu must also be combined with a cash or tab bar or a beer wine and soda table.

During the first hour, we will display and replenish five types of imported cheese, spicy pepperoni, and assorted crackers along with fresh vegetables displayed in baskets with two homemade dips.

During the second hour, we will present Roast Beef on a carving station with condiments and mini rolls. We will also display and replenish hot pasta, three hot finger foods, and three cold salads. The “hot finger foods” selections are: Swedish or Italian Meatballs, Stuffed Mushrooms, Chicken Quesadillas, Spicy Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip with nachos, or Spicy Buffalo Roasted Potatoes. The cold salad selections are: mixed greens with balsamic dressing on the side, Marinated Mushroom Salad, a Crab Seafood Salad, a Creamy Sweet Potato Salad, a Yogurt Dill Red Potato Salad, or a Fresh Bruschetta Dip with pita chips.

Desserts and a coffee station can be purchased for an additional charge

Strolling Stations Details and Upgrades

Stations parties are to be considered cocktail parties and seating will be available for no more than half the number of guests; high cocktail tables will also be placed around the room for mingling around. Full seating is not suggested with this stations menu, if you believe that you need full seating, there may be a room rental charge or a charge per chair requested over half the amount of your final count. White paper dinner napkins will be placed out on all the food tables, along with baskets of forks knives and spoons. If you want linen napkins we can do rollups in your choice of colors for $1.25 extra per person on final head count. Food is to be placed out as designed by the hour, or we can modify the time spans for an extra charge on request.
